The UFC GYM Group Fitness (Group Fit) Instructor leads participants through movements and exercises using music as the basis of rhythmic exercise. Responsible for conducting safe, effective classes and helping participants achieve their goals while creating a fun environment.

UFC FIT in Midtown Miami seeks certified instructors for formats like Full Body Strength, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Cycling, and more, with morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Class Instruction

• Plan routines, select music, choreograph movements suitable for each class.
• Lead classes by performing workouts with participants.
• Use cuing, tempo, and safe transitions between exercises.
• Adhere to class schedule and company standards.
• Greet and orient new participants, educate on proper form and safety.
• Motivate and monitor exertion levels to maximize benefits.

Administrative Duties

• Arrive prepared, start/end classes on time, build rapport.
• Address member concerns, maintain professional image.
• Record hours, operate sound and lighting systems.
• Manage substitute instructors, promote events, and suggest new initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques, anatomy, kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness strategies, music, cuing, rhythm.
• High energy, endurance, and ability to connect with diverse groups.
• Ability to demonstrate skills and give clear instructions.

Certifications & Education:

• Current approved Group Fitness certification (preferred).
• Additional training in specialty formats may be required.
