The Head of Maintenance will lead the Maintenance department for the Bradfield Group, comprising of Bradfield College and St Andrew’s Prep School, and is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and improvement of the College's property portfolio. The department oversees the maintenance of 35 commercial buildings and over 100 domestic properties, ranging from Grade II listed to modern builds, ensuring they meet high standards and comply with relevant regulations.
This is a great opportunity to work with an established and motivated maintenance team managing projects that contribute towards improvement of the College’s property portfolio and developing the reactive maintenance and PPM programme in support of the College’s Estates strategy.
