Group Fitness Instructor – She Shop Fitness (SoBRO/Meridian-Kessler)

She Shop Fitness is an all-women’s fitness studio launching soon in June 2025 — and we’re building a passionate team of women to help lead our unique, empowering classes. From Pilates and HIIT to dance cardio, yoga, and strength training — we’re looking for instructors who are ready to move freely, lead boldly, and help us build a strong community from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead energizing group classes in your specialty (HIIT, yoga, dance cardio, Pilates, strength, etc.)
• Create your own class formats that reflect your personal style and strengths
• Inspire and motivate members in a fun, supportive, and all-female environment
• Build genuine connections with members — before, during, and after class
• Represent the She Shop brand in studio and in marketing opportunities

What You Bring:

• Valid group fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, RYT, or similar)
• Enthusiasm for building community and empowering women through fitness
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliability, creativity, and high energy
• Experience teaching group classes preferred but not required
