Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a certified fitness instructor to lead safe, engaging group exercise classes at our Green Bay location. You will teach clients of all levels and uphold Crunch standards while delivering exceptional member service.

Requirements include CPR certification and nationally accredited aerobics certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM) or valid Yoga/Pilates cert. You will participate in monthly department meetings and complete required certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes across client levels.
• Strong customer service capabilities.
• Excellent verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior per Crunch mission.
• Facilitate member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and Employee Handbook.

Requirements:

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred.
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable
