Job Description:

Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals? Elite Sports Clubs is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Group Exercise Instructors to join our team. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will lead energizing, fun, and safe fitness classes, providing guidance and motivation to our members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging group fitness classes in accordance with established formats and guidelines.
• Create a positive and supportive environment for participants of all fitness levels.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed.
• Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals.
• Foster a sense of community among class participants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio.

Qualifications:

• Certification in group exercise instruction (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM).
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience teaching group fitness classes preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Passion for fitness and helping others lead healthy lifestyles.
