Job summary

Crunch Fitness—one of the world's fastest-growing fitness franchises—seeks a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and HIIT coaching in Eastlake, Ohio, inspiring members and building the Crunch community. You’ll deliver safe, effective workouts for all levels, prep your space, bring fresh playlists, and promote in-club events.

• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience teaching or coaching preferred.
• Ability to lead high-energy, inclusive classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy group fitness or HIIT classes for diverse members.
• Prepare space and connect with members before class.
• Create fresh playlists and engaging programming.
• Maintain cleanliness after each class.
• Promote in-club events and Crunch community.
• Represent Crunch with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with other fitness pros and staff.

What You’ll Do

As a Crunch Group Fitness Instructor or HIIT Coach, you’ll lead members through safe, effective, and exhilarating workouts that leave them sweaty, smiling, and coming back for more. You’ll:

• Deliver high-impact, results-driven classes for all fitness levels
• Arrive on time to connect with members and prep your space
• Bring the hype with fresh playlists, creative programming, and contagious energy
• Keep it clean—tidy up your space post-class
• Promote in-club events and help build our Crunch community
• Represent the Crunch brand with professionalism, positivity, and passion
• Work collaboratively with your fellow fitness pros

What You Bring

• Outgoing, friendly, and motivating personality
• Nationally accredited Group Fitness or Personal Training certification (AFAA, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification
• Preferred: Experience teaching, coaching, or personal training
• A love for fitness, people, and making workouts FUN
• Competitive hourly base rate + class premium (average $25–$35 per class hour)
