Job summary

SIR Fitness LLC., part of the Crunch family in California, is looking for energetic Group Fitness Instructors & HIIT Coaches. You will lead dynamic classes that adapt to all fitness levels while inspiring others in a fun and inclusive environment.

The role offers a competitive hourly base rate plus class premiums, a free Crunch gym membership, and advancement opportunities in one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness or Personal Training certification (AFAA, NASM, ISSA, etc.) is required.
• CPR/AED certification is necessary.
• Preferred experience in teaching, coaching, or personal training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact, results-driven classes for all fitness levels.
• Arrive on time to connect with members and prep your space.
• Promote in-club events and help build the Crunch community.
• Bring creativity and energy to your classes.

• Keep it clean—tidy up your space post-class

• Represent the Crunch brand with professionalism, positivity, and passion
• Work collaboratively with your fellow fitness pros

What You Bring
