We are looking for instructors to join our Alamo Team! BODYROK offers high-intensity, low-impact workouts that tone, define, and sculpt your body & mind in just 40 minutes. Our instructors deliver challenging and comprehensive workouts using our proprietary Hybrid Pilates method on custom-built reformers, combined with high-energy music and microphone instruction. The method is designed to be high-intensity & low-impact, leaving clients energized and feeling great.

We seek enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individuals passionate about health, fitness, and the BODYROK brand.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Teach high-intensity Pilates classes on our custom reformers
• Provide exceptional hospitality to all clients
• Represent the BODYROK brand inside and outside of class
• Multitask and communicate effectively
• Learn and grow with our expanding brand
• Follow the BODYROK teaching method

Qualifications

• Attend at least 10 BODYROK sculpt classes prior to training
• Basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
• Flexible teaching schedule, available at least two days per week
• CPR certified
• Preferred 1-year minimum experience in Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness

Physical Requirements

• Demonstrate and assist with exercises to clients
• Modify exercises based on clients' fitness levels
• Teach safely and effectively during all classes

• Oakland Location - December 14th, 2024

Next Training Session

January 9th-12th, 2024. Cost: $1500 with discounts for early payment or prior certifications.

Compensation: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour.
