• Past teaching experience is a bonus but passion is essential.

Who We’re Looking For

• You’ve got charisma, confidence, and a contagious love for fitness
• You’re nationally certified (AFAA, NASM, ISSA, etc.) and CPR/AED ready
• You know how to connect with people and coach with purpose
• Bonus points if you’ve taught or trained before—but passion and love for members is the real MVP

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, effective workouts for all fitness levels
• Bring the Crunch vibe—colorful, welcoming, and motivating
• Prep your playlist, arrive early, and engage with members and teach an incredible class
• Keep the studio tidy and the energy high
• Promote in-club events and help build our Crunch community
