The YMCA of Collier County in Marco Island is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe classes that welcome members of all abilities and fitness levels.
You will respond to member needs, promote programs, maintain class records, and uphold health and safety standards, including CPR/First Aid/AED certifications and ADA considerations.

The Group Fitness Instructor position supports the work of the YMCA of Collier County, Inc., a leading not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening the communities in Collier County through its core focus areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. This position delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of the welcome center and fitness floor. Instructs group fitness classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that welcomes people of all skill and fitness levels.
