Crunch Fitness in Cape Coral is hiring Group Fitness/HIIT Instructors. You will lead energetic, multi-format classes in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Training and certification support are offered to help you grow professionally within a rapidly expanding brand.

Participants can expect a flexible schedule with opportunities for advancement. Must be CPR certified and willing to pursue multiple formats such as HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, and more.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates energy and motivation; comfortable leading varied formats.
• CPR certification required and willing to train in multiple formats.
• Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred; previous group fitness experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead group HIIT and other formats in a safe, structured environment.
• Educate members on form, technique, and fitness goals; foster a welcoming atmosphere.
