We’re seeking a dynamic professional to drive the growth and impact of our group fitness program.


The Group Fitness Coordinator will inspire, recruit, and mentor a team of instructors while working closely with Dynamic Fitness staff and members to boost engagement and participation in group fitness classes.

Job Summary:

The Group Fitness Coordinator will cultivate an inclusive, results-oriented group fitness experience through responsibilities such as instructor recruitment and development, program planning and scheduling, promotional efforts, member communication, and oversight of space and equipment. This role also involves collecting and analyzing data to continuously enhance the group fitness schedule.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
  • Educational Requirements:
    • High School Diploma
    • Preferred: B.S. in applied science field such as Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine, Human Performance, nutrition, or patient care related.
  • Qualities and skills required:
    • Passionate about movement and health
    • Dedicated to building and maintaining a cohesive, diverse, and loyal instructor team.
    • Team focused, and able to work well with entire staff, including management.
    • Fluent in MOSSA programs and system
    • Enthusiastic about event planning and promotion
    • Capable of making and communicating decisions to improve efficiencies and stay in budget.
    • Detail and service oriented to ensure delivery of a magnetic, energetic member experience.
  • Special Requirements:
    • Basic Life Support – Course C
    • Standard First Aid
    • AFAA, ACSM, and/or ACE certified group fitness leader
