Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program and maintain the class schedule.
• Consult with members to assess goals and teach proper equipment use.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and assist with new member sign-up.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Respond to member questions and escalate to management as needed.
