Planet Fitness in Hanson, MA is hiring a Fitness Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and guide members toward their fitness goals. You will design a simple workout and teach proper equipment use, while creating bi-weekly updates with diverse exercises.

Your role includes assisting at the front desk, signing up new members, giving tours, and answering questions, with escalation to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for fitness and helping members achieve goals.
• Upbeat, positive attitude with reliable attendance.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills; diplomatic in all interactions.
• CPR certification and national trainer certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and follow the schedule.
• Instruct members on safe equipment use and fitness goal planning.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates with varied routines.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk tasks: answer calls, sign-ins, tours, and member questions.
• Escalate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager when needed.
