Job summary

Flynn Group's Flynn Fitness brand seeks a dedicated Fitness Trainer to lead the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and help members reach their goals. You will coach, instruct, and support a Judgement Free environment to foster motivation and retention.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you will perform fitness consultations, guide correct equipment use, and assist with front desk duties while upholding cleanliness, safety, and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program with fitness consultations.
• Assist members on gym floor and promote PE@PF program.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the club facilities and equipment areas.
• Support front desk duties as needed (check-in, tours, calls).
• Maintain participation logs for PE@PF program performance.
• Maintain accredited certifications (Personal Training and CPR).
• Complete trainings and ongoing education as directed.
• Inspire and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a welcoming, Judgement Free environment.
