Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Cedar Rapids, IA, is hiring to run the PE@PF program, design workouts, and instruct members on equipment use. You will promote class sign-ups and create bi-weekly exercise updates, while meeting club-size requirements and assisting at the front desk.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and helping members achieve fitness goals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding fitness goals and instruct proper equipment use.
• Create bi-weekly updates with a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist front desk activities: answer phones, check-in members, new member sign-up, tours, update member info.
• Respond to member questions and concerns; escalate when needed.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
