Job summary

A leading fitness franchise is seeking a Fitness Trainer who will run the group fitness program and assist new members in achieving their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, exceptional customer service skills, and flexibility in working hours. Responsibilities include recruiting members, consulting on fitness goals, and maintaining a positive environment. High school diploma and CPR certification required, with at least one nationally credited training certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• This position may require overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new and existing members to take classes.
• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals.
