West Coast Fitness LLC, a leading Orangetheory Fitness franchise with 50+ studios, is seeking a Fitness Coach. You will lead coach‑inspired, science‑driven workouts, welcome members, and help them feel like part of the studio family.

The role requires enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to motivate, with the chance to coach a minimum of 8 classes per week, use heart-rate based training concepts, and grow with a supportive team in a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a current fitness certification from ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, or ACSM.
• AED/CPR certification and 10+ hours/year CEU required.
• 2 years of group or personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Ensure correct form and provide coaching cues.
• Educate members on heart-rate‑based training concepts.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and safety.
