Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. The role focuses on motivating members, maintaining form, and applying heart-rate driven training in a dynamic group setting.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Ensure members use proper form and offer corrections when needed.
• Understand heart-rate focused training and the science behind our workouts.
• Demonstrate and use all equipment safely in each workout.
