Planet Fitness in Gonzales, LA is seeking a fitness program facilitator to run the PE@PF program and help members achieve their goals. You will design simple workouts and instruct proper equipment use, while promoting class sign-ups and updating exercise routines.

Ideal candidates will have a fitness trainer certification, be reliable, and provide excellent customer service. The role includes front desk duties and ensuring a clean, welcoming club environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding fitness goals and instruct on proper and safe equipment use.
• Create bi-weekly updates with diverse exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, give tours, update member information.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the club.
