Planet Fitness is seeking a dedicated PE@PF program facilitator to guide members toward their fitness goals. You will design simple workouts and instruct correct equipment use, while promoting class sign-ups and maintaining a welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to handle front desk tasks and member inquiries with diplomacy and empathy.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required to coordinate classes and member needs.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential for class schedules and front desk duties.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• Completed fitness trainer certification is required to lead PE@PF sessions.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and create the class schedule.
• Design simple workout plans and instruct members on proper equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups and create bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Assist front desk tasks including check-ins, sign-ups, and tours for prospective members.
• Maintain club cleanliness and support overall member experience.
