Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Fremont, NE is seeking a Trainer to lead the PE@PF program, design simple workouts, and coach members on proper equipment use to help reach fitness goals.

The role involves front-desk duties, member sign-ups, tours, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club. A certification is required, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk related activities including: answer phones, check members into the system, new member sign-up, tours, and updating member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and escalate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.
