Group Fitness Coach & Expert Motivator - MAX Challenge of Bridgewater

Join us to apply for the Group Fitness Coach & Expert Motivator - MAX Challenge of Bridgewater role at THE MAX Challenge.

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead 45-minute workouts including Cardio, Strength, HIIT, and Cardio Kickboxing, motivate members, ensure proper form, and support their nutritional goals. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Model leadership, attitude, and culture
  2. Lead motivating workouts and ensure safety
  3. Help members set and achieve goals
  4. Coach members on THE MAX Challenge nutrition program

Requirements include:

  • AED/CPR certification
  • 1-3 years of group fitness experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Ability to build rapport and understand basic nutrition (certification preferred but not required)

Schedule:

  • Part-time, classes start as early as 6am and end by 7:15pm, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

Compensation:

  • $25-$35 per class based on experience
  • Complimentary membership, retail discounts, bonus opportunities
