Job summary

ACAC Pennsylvania is expanding its team of exceptional Group Exercise Instructors across Pilates, Yoga, Indoor Cycle, Strength Training, HIIT, Barre, Dance Fitness, and more. Instructors are coaches, motivators, educators, and community builders who deliver safe, engaging classes and create welcoming environments for members of all fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized group fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, etc.) or format-specific certification where applicable.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before teaching).
• Previous teaching experience preferred but not required for all formats. We welcome passionate instructors who are eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging, and motivating group fitness classes.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for members of all fitness levels.
• Provide excellent coaching, cueing, and exercise modifications.
• Build relationships with members before, during, and after class.
• Arrive prepared and maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Collaborate with club leadership and fellow instructors to deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Continue developing professionally through education and training opportunities.
