Responsibilities

• Lead a group exercise class or guide new members.
• Uphold the YMCA mission and provide high quality programs.
• Foster and build strong member relationships.
• Educate members on ACSM fitness principles and YMCA guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean group exercise area.
• Enforce policies and guidelines for group exercise activities.
