Job summary

SAGE Counseling seeks Full-Time Clinicians in Glendale, AZ to provide group and individual counseling for clients within criminal justice settings. Clinicians are assigned local offices statewide, with schedules including 5 days weekly or 4-10s.

Compensation ranges depend on licensure level and reflect top-tier benefits. Responsibilities include running 10–12 groups weekly, documenting promptly, and participating in supervision and trainings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field is required.
• MRT training is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with adult sexual offenders is preferred but not required.
• Group facilitation experience is preferred.
• Behavioral Health Licensure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 10–12 therapeutic counseling groups weekly on topics including MRT.
• Clients include adult sexual offenders and those in the criminal justice system.
• Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided.
• Attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings as assigned.

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Clinicians to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients through facilitation of group counseling sessions or individual counseling sessions. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.

Pay:

• Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $60,000
• Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $62,700
• Independent Licensed Clinicians: up to $64,700

Where will you work?:

Multiple Clinician roles available in the Phx Metro area - including West Valley, Central Phoenix, and North East Phoenix!

SAGE has offices statewide in Arizona - Clinicians are assigned office locations closest to home. All equipment provided.

When will you work?:

• We have a variety of shifts available - let us know what works best for you!
• Full-Time hours - including traditional schedules: Monday through Friday, or 4-10s: Monday through Thursday, 10am-9pm.
