Job summary

SAGE Counseling is seeking part-time clinicians to run group or individual counseling sessions in the Phoenix area. Services support clients within the criminal justice system using evidence-based approaches.

Pay is up to $34/hour, depending on licensure and experience, with evenings and flexible scheduling. Offices across the Phoenix metro area provide equipment and locations closest to home.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• MRT training preferred but not required.
• Experience working with adult sexual offenders preferred.
• Group facilitation experience preferred.
• Behavioral Health licensure a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling groups on MRT topics.
• Clients include adult sexual offenders and those in the criminal justice system.
• Document clinical notes within 24 hours of service provided.

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Part-Time Clinicians to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients through facilitation of group counseling sessions or individual counseling sessions. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.

Pay: Up to $34/hour, depending on licensure and experience

Where will you work?:

Multiple office locations available in the Phx Metro area - including West Valley, Central Phoenix, and North East Phoenix!

SAGE has offices statewide in Arizona - Clinicians are assigned office locations closest to home. All equipment provided.

When will you work?:

• Monday through Thursday: 5pm to 10pm
• 4-5pm every other Wednesday for staffing meetings

What do Clinicians do?:

• Provide therapeutic counseling groups on a variety of topics, including MRT
• Clients include adult sexual offenders and those involved in the criminal justice system
• Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided
