Job summary

SAGE Counseling is seeking Part-Time Clinicians to provide group and individual counseling for clients in the criminal justice system. Offices are statewide in AZ, with locations in West Valley, Central Phoenix, and North East Phoenix.

You will facilitate groups, document sessions within 24 hours, and collaborate with a clinical team. A master’s degree in behavioral health is required, MRT training is preferred, and licensure a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health related field.
• Trained in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), preferred not required.
• Experience working with adult sexual offenders, preferred not required.
• Group facilitation experience preferred.
• Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clients include adult sexual offenders and those in the criminal justice system.

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Part-Time Clinicians to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients through facilitation of group counseling sessions or individual counseling sessions. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.

Pay: Up to $34/hour, depending on licensure and experience

Where will you work?:

Multiple office locations available in the Phx Metro area - including West Valley, Central Phoenix, and North East Phoenix!

SAGE has offices statewide in Arizona - Clinicians are assigned office locations closest to home. All equipment provided.

When will you work?:

• Monday through Thursday: 5pm to 10pm
• 4-5pm every other Wednesday for staffing meetings

What do Clinicians do?:

• Provide therapeutic counseling groups on a variety of topics, including MRT
• Clients include adult sexual offenders and those involved in the criminal justice system
• Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided
