Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Group Facilitator for the first shift in Fort Wayne, IN. You will lead psychoeducational and therapeutic groups, support clients on their recovery journey, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana clinical license or CADAC/LCAC/LMHC/LMFT credential, with a preference for at least one year in substance use or behavioral health treatment. Strong communication and compassionate care are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential.
• One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducational, process, and therapeutic groups.
• Help clients develop healthy coping skills and recovery tools.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to monitor progress.
• Communicate significant client concerns to clinical leadership.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for group sessions and interactions.
• Maintain clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
