Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis, IN is hiring full-time Group Facilitators for our Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups to meet client challenges and support recovery.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT).
• Minimum of one year experience in the treatment industry preferred.
• Valid licensure to practice in Indiana is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups to meet client needs.
• Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills and recovery tools.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to monitor client progress and challenges.
• Escalate significant concerns to Clinical Director as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all group sessions and assessments.
