Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring Group Facilitators for First Shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), five days per week, including every other weekend. You will facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups and support clients on their recovery journey.

Join a collaborative treatment team and help clients develop coping skills while maintaining accurate documentation. Indiana license or CADAC/LAC/LCAC/LMHC/LMFT is required; one year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Indiana clinical license or CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT credential.
• 1 year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and observational skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism.
• Compassionate, ethical, and dependable with a passion for helping others.
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required.

What We're Looking For
