Monte Nido Casa Azul in South Miami, Florida is seeking a Part-Time Group Facilitator to join our adult and adolescent eating disorders program. You will lead group sessions and support clients in a compassionate, structured environment.
The role emphasizes safety, patient engagement, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A master’s degree in social work or related field is required or in progress; licensure or eligibility is preferred.

Monte Nido Casa Azul, located in South Miami, Florida is a day treatment program exclusively for adults and adolescentsseeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido’streatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.
The Group Facilitator is responsible for facilitating and implementing group sessions. The goal is for the facilitator to create a safe environment so that all patients feel comfortable in sharing about emotional difficulties. The group facilitator will also need to provide a catalyst for the personal development of the patients.
