YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking part-time enthusiastic instructors to lead water fitness group exercise classes at the Tuckahoe Family YMCA. Compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour for standard instructors, with advanced group exercise instructors earning $27 to $30 per hour.

Instructors must have a current nationally recognized water fitness group exercise certification, plus current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead water fitness group exercise classes.
• Meet member needs with flexible mornings, evenings and some weekends.
• Maintain safety and monitor participants during classes.

Job description

The Tuckahoe Family YMCA is currently seeking part time enthusiastic instructors to lead water fitness group exercise classes! Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $20-$22 per hour and Advance Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $27-$30 per hour.

DUTIES of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors should be able to work flexible hours to meet member needs, including mornings, evenings and some weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors must hold a current, nationally recognized water fitness group exercise certification (documentation required) along with current CPR, AED and First Aid certification.
