Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking enthusiastic, part-time Group Exercise Instructors to teach a variety of group exercise classes including cycle and yoga, with additional general classes. Pay ranges from $20-$22 per hour for standard roles and $27-$30 per hour for advance instructors.

Flexibility for evenings and some weekends is required. Qualifications include holding a current, nationally recognized group exercise certification, plus CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.

Job description

The Tuckahoe Family YMCA is currently seeking part time enthusiastic, group exercise instructors to teach a variety of group exercise classes! Looking for group exercise instructors to teach cycle, yoga as well as general group exercise classes. Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $20-$22 per hour and Advance Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $27-$30 per hour.

DUTIES of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors should be able to work flexible hours to meet members' needs, including evenings and some weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors must hold a current, nationally recognized group exercise certification (documentation required) along with current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
