An exciting opportunity to join the team of a progressive YMCA located in vibrant Somerset County, New Jersey. Somerset Hills YMCA is seeking Instructors needed to teach classes in one or more of the following disciplines:

• Spin
• Strength & Conditioning
• Bootcamp
• Zumba
• Hiit Training
• TRX Pilates
• Senior Classes.
  
  

All classes are fully in person, not remote

Essential Functions

• Leads a variety of fitness classes in strength and cardiovascular routines
• Builds relationships with members and staff to retain participants
• Delivers positive customer service, motivation, and support
• Creates a positive and inclusive environment for all
• Maintains quality of the fitness rooms and reports any equipment issues
  
  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have group exercise certification
• Experience preferred, but will train
• Must be punctual and have excellent communication skills
