Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond's Swift Creek Family YMCA is seeking part-time group exercise instructors to lead cycle, yoga, and a variety of classes for members.

Qualified applicants hold a current nationally recognized group exercise certification, plus CPR, AED and First Aid certifications, and must be able to work evenings and some weekends.

Standard pay is $20-$22 per hour, with advanced instructors earning $27-$30 per hour.

Job description

The Swift Creek Family YMCA is currently seeking part time enthusiastic, group exercise instructors to teach a variety of group exercise classes! Looking for group exercise instructors or advanced group exercise instructors to teach cycle, yoga as well as general group exercise classes. Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $20-$22 per hour and Advance Group Exercise Instructor pay range is $27-$30 per hour.

DUTIES of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors should be able to work flexible hours to meet members' needs, including evenings and some weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Group Exercise Instructor

Group exercise instructors must hold a current, nationally recognized group exercise certification (documentation required) along with current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
