Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead Aqua Fitness classes at our Minneapolis, MN location. This part-time role requires energizing participants, delivering tailored routines, and promoting a safe, enjoyable workout environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of successful group exercise experience, an accredited aqua certification (AEA or similar), and CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited aqua group exercise certification (e.g. AEA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
