Job summary

Exos is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise - Aqua Fitness Instructor to lead engaging aqua classes at our Minnesota locations. You will tailor routines for all fitness levels, provide modifications, and foster a positive, inclusive environment that motivates members to reach their goals.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in group exercise, current aqua certification (AEA), and CPR/AED certification. First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited aqua group exercise certification (AEA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
