Job summary

EXOS is seeking an Aqua Fitness instructor to lead our fitness classes in Minneapolis. You will create, deliver, and motivate through fresh routines and a dynamic Group Exercise program, reporting to a collaborative studio leadership.

The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm for group exercise, professionalism, and flexibility to lead in and out of the studio, inspiring participants to achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA) if necessary.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Job Summary

As our new Group Exercise instructor you must be: Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Compensation

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $25 - $35/unit. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
