Albemarle County's Department of Parks & Recreation seeks a part-time, non-exempt fitness instructor to support ACPR by leading group classes in a safe, enjoyable environment that welcomes patrons of all needs and fitness levels.
You will instruct and supervise class participants, respond to inquiries, stay informed on health trends, and celebrate participants' achievements. This on-site role requires standing 3–5 hours and timely attendance.

Remote WorkThis position is not eligible for remote work. All County staff must maintain residence within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Salary RangeThe hiring range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00 per hour. This is a part-time, temporary, FLSA non-exempt position. Internal candidates will receive pay adjustments in accordance with Local Government Personnel Policy,
