The position requires at least one year of experience, current national group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, or NETA), and CPR/AED certification; First Aid is preferred. Licensing for branded formats is required if applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate groups.
• Passion for fitness and healthy living.
