Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire group exercise schedule
• Communicate with instructors and club management
• Track class attendance weekly and monthly
• Create a sub-list of instructors to cover classes from being canceled
• Ensure classes are not canceled and instructors arrive on time
• Maintain an updated listing of instructor certifications
• Spend 5-10 hours weekly engaging with members for feedback and meeting with the club manager
• Be reachable for instructor questions and emergencies
• Build a network of area instructors and create engaging class schedules
