What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and complete all group enrollment applications and Disclosure of Ownership (DOO) submissions for government and commercial payers
- Research and compile payer requirements, ensuring compliance and timely processing
- Document all group-related information in the Provider Enrollment system and other applicable platforms
- Escalate issues or denials related to enrollment to mitigate risk
- Support organic growth and acquisitions by gathering necessary data and documents for enrollment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Provider Enrollment
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, hospital standards, and payer requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance
- Proficiency with PECOS (Medicare) required
