What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate and complete all group enrollment applications and Disclosure of Ownership (DOO) submissions for government and commercial payers
  • Research and compile payer requirements, ensuring compliance and timely processing
  • Document all group-related information in the Provider Enrollment system and other applicable platforms
  • Escalate issues or denials related to enrollment to mitigate risk
  • Support organic growth and acquisitions by gathering necessary data and documents for enrollment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Provider Enrollment
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, hospital standards, and payer requirements
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance
  • Proficiency with PECOS (Medicare) required
