Qualifications

• Advanced degree or professional certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Series 7/66 or 63/65 licenses required or obtainable.
• Strong leadership and client service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Lead development and delivery of client service model for FAs/PWAs/teams.
• Prepare and review client reports and financial plans from firm systems.
• Participate in client meetings representing the service lens.
• Optimize business practice efficiencies with the team.
• Oversee Support Professionals and coordinate team priorities.
• Assist in hiring, training, and performance input for staff.
• Develop and execute strategies to support business plans.
