About the Role
As the Group Director of Product Management for Stores, Associate Experience, and Real Estate, you will lead the product strategy and execution for platforms that empower Walmart’s associates, enhance in-store operations, and optimize how we plan, manage, and utilize our global real estate portfolio.
You’ll oversee multiple product domains—ranging from associate-facing apps to facilities management systems—ensuring that Walmart’s 1.6M+ associates and 10,000+ stores worldwide have the tools and environments they need to thrive. Your work will improve efficiency, unlock productivity, and create better experiences for both associates and customers, while also driving smarter investments in real estate and physical assets.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam\'s Club facilities. Sunnyvale, California US-04396: The annual salary range for this position is $254,000.00-$481,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00-$370,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 15 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 17 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related area and 14 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
