Real Chemistry is seeking a Group Director, Client Media Solutions to lead senior-level media strategy and client partnerships across pharmaceutical and life sciences accounts. You will oversee large-scale, multi-channel programs and ensure exceptional delivery, financial performance, and long-term client success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in media strategy, customer engagement, integrated marketing, or healthcare advertising.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑account media, customer engagement, and omnichannel strategies for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
• Serve as senior strategic lead across key client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Guide integrated planning across Media, Omnichannel Strategy, Analytics, CRM, Activation, Creative, and Client Experience.
• Identify industry trends and opportunities to create value and differentiate capabilities.
• Oversee multiple client teams and ensure strategic alignment and high client satisfaction.
• Develop scalable processes and best practices to improve efficiency and performance.
• Own financial health of a significant client portfolio including budgeting and margin management.
• Partner with operations and finance on scopes of work, revenue forecasting, and planning.
• Drive organic growth and lead new business opportunities.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor talent within the Client Experience team.
