WPP Enterprise Solutions in the United States is seeking a Group Director, Enterprise Growth to lead client-facing growth initiatives, qualify opportunities, shape narratives, and accelerate live pursuits across priority accounts.

The Group Director, Enterprise Growth is a senior hands-on growth operator responsible for moving live opportunities forward. The role supports opportunity hunting, triage, account mining, discovery sprint design, pursuit acceleration, solution validation and commercial framing. This is not a support or coordination role; it is a client-facing role for experienced operators who can shape work and progress revenue opportunities.
The Group Director, Enterprise Growth helps turn early signals into structured, actionable and commercially credible ES opportunities. The role works with MDs, EDs, GCLs, agencies, client teams and ES capability leaders to qualify opportunities, build opportunity narratives, support discovery and accelerate live pursuits. This role is intended for experienced client-facing talent who can operate independently, manage senior stakeholder interactions, develop clear growth materials and connect client needs to ES capabilities. It is a strong fit for candidates with a blend of consulting, technology, agency, client services, strategic account, sales or transformation experience.
Opportunity movement Helps live opportunities move quickly from signal to qualified brief, discovery, proposal, pitch or activation.
Quality of shaping Produces clear problem statements, opportunity briefs, POVs, stakeholder maps and pursuit materials.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
$100,000 — $230,000 USD
