Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Proven track record delivering premium brand experiences.
• Experience with luxury or aspirational brands.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brand Experience across content, social, digital, physical and emerging channels.
• Develop cohesive design systems that keep brand experiences connected.
• Mentor multidisciplinary design talent and elevate work quality.
• Present ambitious design recommendations to senior leadership.
