Team One is seeking a Group Design Director to shape premium brand experiences across content, social, digital, physical environments, and events. You will oversee brand experience across channels, ensuring a cohesive world and a modern luxury point of view.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor talent, and collaborate with clients to transform ambitious ideas into distinctive brand expressions. Hybrid work model with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in design, brand experience or creative direction.
• Portfolio demonstrating premium brand experiences across multiple forms of expression.
• Experience with luxury or aspirational brands and crafting brand value.
• Strong fundamentals in identity, typography, composition, photography and visual systems.
• Experience designing for physical places, environments or experiential programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brand Experience across content, social, digital, physical and emerging channels.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive design systems and experiences.
• Ensure every expression contributes to a larger, ownable brand world.
• Mentor multidisciplinary design talent and raise creative ambition.
• Present and defend ambitious design recommendations to clients and leadership.
