Job summary

Exos is seeking a Group Exercise instructor in California to lead engaging fitness classes and develop new routines. You will be expected to be enthusiastic, professional, on-time, and a collaborative leader who motivates participants in and out of the studio.

The role requires at least one year of group exercise leadership, current national certification, CPR/AED, and for branded formats, training and licensing specific to those formats. Excellent benefits apply to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification is strongly desired.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes. As our new Group Exercise instructor you must be:

• Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others
• A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Residents of California: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20.00/unit to $125.00/unit in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
